1) How do I place an order?

Ordering from our website couldn't be easier. Browse the products section of the website and click the add to cart button when you find what you're looking for. You can always check your basket at the top of the page to see what's inside.

2) Will a letter always have the same colours as on the website?

For aesthetic reasons, we may need to change the colours of some of the letters depending on the letter combinations that make up a name or word.

3) What other products can be made using the letters?

We have a backlog of wonderful things that we'll soon be releasing with our letters. If you want to be kept in the loop, do add your email to the mailing list (see bottom of this page).

4) When will I receive my order?

We’ll get going on your order as soon as payment has been received. We aim to deliver within 10 working days.

5) Is postage included?

P&P is automatically calculated at the checkout. Please contact us to enquire about postage overseas.

6) Will the order come gift wrapped?

Yes! We offer a beautiful gift-wrap service for £4.00, which includes a handwritten message on a Lucy Tweedie card. Please select this service on the checkout page.

7) What is your returns policy?

If for any reason you would like to return your order, please do so within 14 days (in perfect condition) ensuring you obtain Proof of Postage as we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in the post. We will then either replace the item or, if you prefer, offer a full refund minus the cost of the original postage. As Personalised Name Pictures are made to order, we regret that we cannot accept returns for these.

8) Can I suggest other products to be made to order with a personalised name or sentence of my choice?
