About Lucy Tweedie

I have always loved illustrating pictures and producing personalised stationery for friends and family. Following a degree in Fine Art and French, I worked in Bangladesh on a women's card and stationery income generation project for destitute women and then worked for many years in international advocacy and campaigns around girls' rights and education. After having my own two daughters, the international work didn't fit with family life so I started taking commissions for children's personalised name pictures. While doing this I discovered that using animals to depict particular letters of the alphabet helped children to easily recognise letter shapes. This led to me producing this illustrated alphabet alongside some other themed work that can be used on countless products.
I hope you love this phonic animal alphabet range as much as all my previous and current customers. Please do get in touch if you have a specific idea for a personalised present.
